Video: Elderly man pushed off bus before his death

LAS VEGAS (WTHR) — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released video of a woman pushing an elderly man off a bus in Las Vegas.

KSNV reported that the woman was identified by police as 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop.

Witnesses told KSNV that the victim, 74-year-old Serge Fournier, had asked Bishop to be nicer to the passengers. That's when Bishop pushed the victim out of the door and onto the ground.

Witnesses say the victim had been asking Bishop to be nicer to the passengers before being pushed out the doors and onto the ground.

Fournier was hospitalized, according to KSNV. He reportedly died from his injuries on April 23.

Bishop faces a charge for open murder on an elderly-vulnerable person.
