UPDATE: Silver Alert canceled after 1-year-old Mishawaka girl found safe

UPDATE: Police canceled the Silver Alert for Harmoni Thompson Wednesday morning, about 45 minutes after issuing it. According to a dispatcher, the girl was found safe.

MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WTHR) — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 1-year-old girl in northern Indiana.

The Mishawaka Police Department is asking for help finding Harmoni Thompson, who was last seen Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 10 a.m.

Thompson is 2 feet 10 inches, 16 pounds and has black hair with brown eyes.

She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

Police believe she may be with Azaria Jackson, who is 5 feet 8 inches, 300 pounds and has brown hair with brown eyes. Jackson drives a silver Pontiac Grand Prix with an Indiana license plate 165RIO.
