INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - IndyGo announced a planned closure on Virginia Avenue near Fountain Square as part of its Red Line transit project.
Beginning on or after Monday, March 18, Virginia Avenue will be closed to through traffic for approximately 150 feet just north of Woodlawn Avenue.
The closure is planned to last one week while contractors pour station foundations and reinforce bus pads.
The Indianapolis Cultural Trail, sidewalks, and business drives will remain open for business access.
