CONROE, Texas (WTHR) — A woman in Texas has filed a lawsuit against a general contractor for Kroger after she walked into a window that she mistook for an open doorway.

KPRC reports the woman is seeking between $200,000 and $1 million for negligence.

They say the lawsuit claims she suffered serious injuries when she walked into a clear, floor-to-ceiling window. She's suing LaGrone Services because the company failed to place warning signs on the window.

She is seeking payment for past and future medical expenses, pain and suffering, physical impairment, physical disfigurement and mental anguish.
