Target selling Halloween costumes designed for kids in wheelchairs

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Target has released a new collection of Halloween costumes that are geared for children in wheelchairs.

The company is calling the line "adaptive costumes."

There are currently two available for preorder: a pink princess costume and a boy's pirate costume.

The costumes can fit a variety of wheelchair sizes, according to the company.

Target is also selling an adaptive princess carriage and pirate ship for the outfit.

It's unclear when and if Target plans to launch more costumes.
