KERNERSVILLE, N.C. (WXII) - Some elementary school students in North Carolina took their spelling lesson outside on Friday.

Students at Sedge Garden Elementary School in Kernersville arranged themselves to spell out the word "kindness" on a field behind the school.

This was part of Bully Prevention Month, and school officials say it was designed to encourage conversations about kindness.
