SCOTTSBURG, Ind. (WTHR) - An 18-year-old student in southern Indiana is facing criminal charges and possible expulsion from school after posting a video game on social media.

It's a "Walking Dead" game showing the player shooting zombies in the school.

The school district saw the video as a threat and suspended Sean Small from Scottsburg High School.

They then called police, who arrested him for intimidation.

Sean's father says he understands the need for schools to be cautious, but he says his son was just sharing a video game that he liked to play and wasn't making a threat.

"We all want our kids to be safe. I mean, my kids go here in this community. I want them safe and I'm afraid for things, so I get their concerns. We just need cooler heads to prevail and step back and say okay, this is nothing," Kris small.

The district will decide over the next few days whether or not to expel Small.
