INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Felix Rosenqvist has crashed during Indianapolis 500 practice Wednesday afternoon.
He was in turn two when the crash happened.
Rosenqvist was taken to be checked out and is okay.
Will Power dove low to avoid contact during the crash, and debris from Rosenqvist's car hit Jack Harvey's car as he swerved to avoid contact. All are alright.
Rosenqvist was the pole sitter for the IndyCar Grand Prix last weekend.
This marked the second crash of the day as Fernando Alonso crashed in turn three earlier. He wasn't hurt in that incident.
