American Senior Communities has a new program offered to its over 11,000 team members and their immediate family members.

Workforce Chaplains is a confidential resource available free of charge as a benefit to ASC employees that offers spiritual and non-spiritual support.

"We are all navigating through very uncertain times which are unusually stressful," said Jerald Cosey, Executive Director at ASC. "ASC has joined up with Workforce Chaplains to provide a confidential resource of support for our employees and their families if they need it, free of charge to them."

Workforce Chaplains are non-denominational chaplains available to offer a listening ear and give feedback as a source of both spiritual and non-spiritual support.

"We care for people which requires a great deal of emotional fuel," said Cosey. "We see this as a refueling station in the hopes of keeping our staff and their families whole so that we can continue to provide the highest level of quality care."
