Some downtown attractions offering free admission on Presidents Day

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — If you have Presidents Day off with the kids, you have some options for things to do around central Indiana.

Many museums and businesses will be opening their doors for free.

The Children's Museum, Indiana State Museum, NCAA Hall of Champions and Conner Prairie will all be offering free admission Monday.

If you don't mind paying for tickets, here are a couple other attractions also happening on Presidents Day:

  • The Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel show will be at the Indiana State Fairgrounds from 12 to 8 p.m. You can view more information here.
  • Indy Parks & Recreation is hosting a Creature Feature event at the Garfield Park Conservatory at 10 a.m. The event is for kids ages 3-11. Register for the event here.
