Santa takes a tumble off boat in South Africa

(WTHR) — National Sea Rescue Institute is a nonprofit organization in South Africa that does drowning prevention.

The group was getting into the holiday spirit and put Santa aboard one of the lifeboats to visit kids ashore. It turns out, Santa should probably just stick to his sleigh.

In a video that's been viewed 4.5 million times, Santa tries getting out of the lifeboat and ends up tripping and falling into the water.

With a large audience, it's no surprise the fall was recorded from multiple angles.

What a save !
