The man accused of making and sharing child pornography with Jared Fogle says he did not set up hidden cameras in order to record naked children.

Russell Taylor filed a handwritten response to accusations in a civil lawsuit filed by a young woman who says she was recorded. Taylor says he doesn't know if the woman was, in fact, caught on camera.

Taylor asserted his Fifth Amendment rights to other accusations.

He wrote his response from a federal prison, saying he is broke and can't pay for an attorney. Fogle is also named in the case and denies the accusations.
