Report: Bloomington is Indiana's best place to live

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WTHR) — Online business resource chamberofcommerce.org has released a list of the best cities to live in each state.

The No. 1 place to live in Indiana is Bloomington, followed by Carmel and Fishers.

Indianapolis came in at No. 11.

To come up with the ranking, they considered employment, housing, quality of life, education and health.
