INDIANA — Rep. Jim Baird will hold the 4th District. It's a seat he has had since 2010.

Baird defeated Democrat Tobi Beck.

The 4th District covers portions of west central Indiana all the way to the Illinois border, including Lafayette, Plainfield, Greencastle, Lebanon, Kokomo, Crawfordsville and Logansport.

The seat was held by Todd Rokita, who gave it up for the chance to challenge Joe Donnelly for his seat in the Senate.

Republicans have held the 4th Congressional District since 1995.
