Join WTHR for the 26th annual Susan G. Komen Central Indiana Race for the Cure, Saturday, April 29th at Military Park in downtown Indianapolis.

The Race for the Cure is a sea of pink, but pink is more than just a color.

Pink represents the impact that each person is making in the fight against the most frequently diagnosed cancer worldwide.

Eyewitness News Anchors Anne Marie Tiernon and Julia Moffitt will host the Pink Parade Ceremony to kick off the 5K Run/Walk and the 1-Mile Family Walk.

Last year, 13,000 participants and 682 teams raised $1.2 million at the Central Indiana Race for Cure. These dollars helped Komen to serve 20,000 Hoosiers in need.
