Police: Ecstasy seized after man flees from traffic stop

MOROCCO, Ind. (WTHR) — A Chicago man faces multiple here in Indiana for a traffic stop-turned-police-chase.

The Newton County Sheriff's Office says 44-year-old Dennis Walker took off on foot after getting pulled over on U.S. 41 about 2 miles south of Morocco.

During the brief pursuit, police say Walker was throwing objects from his pant pockets. Officers later found 67 grams of ecstasy in multiple packages.

Walker was eventually caught and arrested.
