Indianapolis - Metro Police say Brandon Johnson is one of several teens involved in an alleged altercation with an intoxicated man.

According to the police report, the incident happened near 38th and Post on North Breen Road around 5:30 pm Thursday.

Garry Maxey claims the teens were taunting him. He says he attempted to scare them by driving his car towards them. None of the teens were arrested, but Maxey was arrested for intoxication.

Johnson was the center of a controversy over questions of excessive police force. The Metro Police officer, Jerry Piland, was cleared in the case.
