NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) - The man who is accused of threatening a Cicero woman while she was running for a state representative seat last year has accepted a plea deal.

Thomas Dick was charged with "harassment by telegraph, mail or other written communication."

Documents say he sent Amie Neiling messages saying "we're working on a plan to have this liberal (expletive) assassinated."

It's unclear when Dick will be back in court for sentencing.
