Person arrested in north Indianapolis shooting


INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — IMPD have arrested 17-year-old Javion Davis for his alleged role in the shooting death of a 19-year-old.

The shooting happened just after 7:30 p.m. Monday near West 36th and north Illinois streets. Rami Marsh, 19, was pronounced dead on the scene.

Davis had been shot during the incident.

The investigation into this shooting remains active, police said.
