CINCINNATI, Ohio (WTHR) — A family in Ohio is asking people to help make their son battling brain cancer feel like a real-life superhero.

Jomari Bradley is a 6-year-old boy who has been fighting a type of brain cancer called anaplastic ependymoma since August 2017. His mother told WLWT it's been a critical week for Jomari's treatment.

After several surgeries, chemotherapy sessions and two cycles of radiation, Jomari's mother said he'll have his final radiation treatment Tuesday. While that's reason enough to celebrate, the community that has been following Jomari's recovery had another idea: send Jomari as many cards for Christmas as he can get.

His mother told WLWT she thought the cards would encourage her son and give him some special memories this holiday season.

If you would like to send a card or encouragement to Jomari, send to 1400 Chicago Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45215. Follow Jomari's journey on his Facebook page.
