No injuries in overnight fire on city's near east side

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Firefighters were called to a home on the city's near east side Tuesday morning.

The fire started shortly before 3 a.m. in the back of one of the units at a vacant home under reconstruction in the 3300 block of Robson Street.

Part of the roof collapsed in the kitchen; however, there were no injuries, and no neighboring homes were damaged.
