Nineveh Fire Department collecting donations after fire destroyed family's home

NINEVEH, Ind. (WTHR) — The Nineveh Fire Department is collecting donations for a family in need after a fire destroyed their home Thursday night.

The department posted a video of the huge fire on Facebook.

The family is in need of coats, socks, underwear and any other clothing items for kids and adult men and women. They also need dog food.

To donate items, drop them off at the fire station, located at 844 E. 775 S in Nineveh. The department asks anyone who drops items off to knock or ring the doorbell so the crew on duty is aware.
