KILEEN, Tex. (WTHR) — A teacher at a Texas elementary school was removed from class after putting duct tape over 10 students' mouths.
The teacher, who hasn't been named, was a substitute at Maxdale Elementary School in Killeen,Texas, the Dallas News reported.
Killeen ISD official Terry Abbott said 3 other students put duct tape over their mouths in response to the teacher's actions.
The Killeen Daily Herald reported that the incident went on for 15 minutes.
All 13 students were taken to the school nurse for observation.
Child Protective Services was also notified.
