INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — As the end of January fast approaches, New Year’s resolutions seem harder and harder to stick to.
However, Michelle Obama wants to offer some inspiration for those looking to conquer fitness-related resolutions.
The former first lady released her 36-song workout playlist on Twitter that gives her “the extra boost to get through her toughest workouts.”
This playlist features a mix of artists ranging from Lizzo to Kirk Franklin to Ed Sheeran. Just a few songs that top her list include Destiny’s Child, “Lose My Breath,” “Feels Good” by Tony! Toni! Toné! and “Press” by Cardi B.
