CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKYC) — Cleveland police say they have located two young boys along with their mother, who does not have custody of them.

Kyle Morgan, 3, and Kaiden Ballantine, 1, were placed in the custody of the Department of Children and Family Services.

Police say the boys were with their mother, 28-year-old Kelly Jagusch (Ballantine), when they were found on Saturday evening in the 3800 block of W. 136th Street.

Court records show the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services was ordered custody of the boys Jan. 9.

Police say a notice was placed on the door of Jagusch's Lakota Avenue home notifying her of Children's Services' plans to take Kyle and Kaiden. The noticed had been removed when a case worker returned the next day.

According to a case report, police began looking for Kyle and Kaiden Tuesday after they were dropped off at a shelter with their mother due to the unsafe conditions of their home. According to a police report, Jagusch took the boys and fled the shelter.
