LOSTANT, Ill. (WTHR) – Thousands of pounds of cheese burned on an Illinois interstate over the holiday weekend — 36,000 pounds to be exact.
Luckily, no one was injured in the accident.
The Lostant Fire Department shared photos of the incident on Facebook.
The semi fire happened around 2:53 a.m. Saturday on I-39 near the Route 18 exit.
