The election's over, but one battle isn't, according to Eyewitness News partners at The Indianapolis Star.
Microvote is suing Indiana's secretary of state, saying it wasn't paid for voting machines and other services provided in six counties. That includes Hamilton, Bartholomew and Brown Counties.
Microvote says it's owed 172,000 in reimbursement dollars those counties are still waiting to receive from the state.
