WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WTHR) - Police have interviewed two men who were shot overnight at an off-campus apartment complex near Purdue University.
Officers were called to the Hub Apartments on Salisbury Street just after 2 a.m. Sunday after a report of shots fired.
They found one man there with an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Shortly after locating the first victim, officers learned there was a second man who had also been shot, but, was taken to an area hospital by an acquaintance.
Detectives have spoken to both victims, who are expected to recover from their injuries.
Police have not released any information about potential shooting suspects, and are continuing to investigate.
