INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — A lane is blocked off to traffic near the intersection of Delaware and Market Streets due to a manhole issue overnight.
An enormous amount of steam could be seen billowing out from the manhole located near City Market and the City-County Building, but there's no word on what caused it at this time.
Crews were out working on the issue around 8 a.m., and everything was cleaned up by late morning.
