INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - A pop-up restaurant that created hours-long lines on the north side last month isn't coming back to Indy after all.
Hundreds of people lined up outside Patachou Inc.'s Meridian-Kessler pop-up space (the former Crispy Bird restaurant) at E. 49th and Pennsylvania streets October 17 to get a taste of Otaku Ramen. The chef of the Nashville, Tennessee-based restaurant, Sarah Gavigan, planned to return to the location November 16 with "double the Ramen in order to serve double the customers," Cafe Patachou said in a release.
But days after the event was announced, it was canceled.
