NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) — Life-sized replicas of the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and United States Constitution will be permanently installed in Hamilton County next month.

The Charters of Freedom will be installed at Federal Hill Commons in downtown Noblesville and dedicated on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 7 p.m.

“We are excited to have life-sized replicas of the three documents instrumental to America’s founding and philosophy prominently displayed in downtown Noblesville – to honor our history and teach future generations,” Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear said in a statement announcing the installation.

The ceremony will be held prior to the free concert by Separate Ways, a Journey tribute band.

Hamilton County will be the 26th Charters of Freedom installation gifted by Foundation Forward to local communities across the country, and only the third to be illuminated.
