INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - An Indianapolis man who won free tickets to the Super Bowl initially thought he was the victim of a prank.
Conn Zickmund made a donation to the United Way campaign not knowing his name was entered in a raffle to win Super Bowl tickets.
The congratulatory phone call surprised him.
"She's like, 'You're going top the Super Bowl!' And I was still kind of questioning it because I thought I was getting punked by some of my co-workers, but then I found out it was real," Conn Zickmund said. "And I couldn't be happier to donate to United Way. They do a lot of good work and I'm super excited to be going to the Super Bowl."
The Colts have donated Super Bowl tickets the last seven years as part of the United Way campaign, which raised $1.8 million.
