UPDATE: Police have canceled the Silver Alert for Caitlyn Marie Baker.

According to the Fort Wayne Police Department, Caitlyn was found safe in town and will be reunited with her family.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WTHR) — State police have issued a statewide Silver Alert for a missing Fort Wayne teenager.

Police say 17-year-old Caitlyn Marie Baker was last seen in Fort Wayne around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. She is believed to be in extreme danger or may require medical assistance.

Baker is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes.

Police believe she may be with 16-year-old Sophia Lanae Kline, who was reported missing out of Ohio. Baker was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and gray sweatpants and is driving or riding in a black 2003 Ford Focus with Ohio license plate number FPF2387.
