INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — A former state Supreme Court justice will hear the case against Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill next week after a disciplinary complaint was filed against him.
Hill is accused of groping four women, including a state lawmaker, during a party last year.
But, the attorney general has repeatedly denied the accusations.
A special prosecutor never filed any criminal charges against Hill.
The commission now wants him to face disciplinary actions from the Indiana Supreme Court.
The hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday.
