Indiana deputy's cruiser goes pink for breast cancer awareness

SCOTTSBURG, Ind. (WTHR) - A southern Indiana sheriff's deputy is driving a newly decorated patrol car in the name of breast cancer awareness.

Scott County Dep. Joe Baker's cruiser now features all-pink decals, including a pink ribbon and the words "Breast Cancer Awareness" across the hood.

The sheriff's department posted photos of the car on Facebook, saying Baker's wife Alicia has been fighting Stage 4 breast cancer for more than two years.

"Alicia Baker shows the courage and fighting spirit that we all strive for. The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is a large family and we proudly stand with the Bakers as they fight on," the department wrote on Facebook.
