FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WTHR) — Police in Fort Wayne have located a teen who they say has several medical conditions and was in danger Tuesday.
Police found 17-year-old Daniel Graham after a search Tuesday. He had last been seen in the Villages of Hanna apartment complex in Fort Wayne.
He is now safely back home with his family.
