INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - HI-FI, along with several local businesses, is organizing a donation drive, but this one is different.

It is a way to say thank you to our local healthcare heroes.

The donations will go into care packages for our local Frontline Caregivers. And the packages not only feature the supplies healthcare workers need like masks and gloves, but also gifts that they can put to use when they get home, like baked goods, and non-perishables. Healthcare workers have told WTHR in the past that often when they are finished with their shift, the grocery store shelves are empty due to grocery shopping trends during the pandemic.

There's also some fuel to keep these health workers going with notes of appreciation.

Donations are being collected on Thursday, March 26 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at:

HI-FI

1043 Virginia Ave #4

Indianapolis, IN 46203

If you want to offer your help but are not sure how due to the current "stay-at-home" order or have additional suggestions on items that could be included or want to get involved, you can fill out this form on the Frontline Caregivers website.
