JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. (WTHR) - A former Indianapolis Colts player is reaching out to help the storm-ravaged residents of Pendleton.

Matt Overton, who was the Colts' long snapper from 2012-2016 and is currently a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, tweeted a video looking for ways to help back in Indiana.

"We'd love to help in any way possible with immediate needs," Overton said in the video.

He asked for anyone that had information about organizations or people to contact to send assistance. The National Weather Service confirmed Tuesday an EF-2 tornado struck Pendleton on Memorial Day.

"To Pendleton, that great community and those people out there, we're with you, we're thinking about you, praying for you and we're here to help you. Love ya and God bless," Overton said, asking those who can help provide him direction to message him on Twitter at @MattOverton_LS.

Tuesday afternoon, the Town of Pendleton announced on Facebook that donations can be made through the South Madison Community Foundation, with donations being matched "$2 for $1" by the Lilly Endowment. Click here for information on how to donate.
