A Greenfield man on parole for child molesting was arrested Wednesday for playing Pokemon Go with children.
Randy Zuick, 42, was playing the popular smartphone game on the lawn of the Hancock County Courthouse when he was spotted by a probation officer. A second probation officer alerted courthouse security, who took Zuick into custody.
He was arrested for a probation violation.
Zuick pleaded guilty in April to four counts of child molesting dating back to last October. He was accused of fondling a child under the age of 14. He was sentenced to four years in prison, but had 292 days of jail credit and the rest of the sentence was suspended.
A judge could decide to revoke his probation Thursday morning, sending him to prison for the next three years.
Zuick is required to register as a sex offender in the state of Indiana.
