CARMEL, Ind. (WTHR) - Less than two weeks after its superintendent resigned, Carmel Clay Schools is now looking for a new human resources director, too.
On Monday, the school board approved the resignation of Corrine Middleton.
She had been on paid leave for the past three months during a review of district leadership.
The board also officially signed off on the resignation of its now-former superintendent, Dr. Nicholas Wahl.
The district placed Wahl on paid administrative leave in October just days before the same action was taken against Middleton.
In announcing his resignation earlier this month, the board said Dr. Wahl's approach and leadership style were not consistent with their vision.
