INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – It was a busy day for Big brothers Big sisters as kids and their mentors got together Saturday to make cards for our police and firefighters.
They did this as part of a statewide day of service at several Starbucks locations across central Indiana.
"You know we try to work with our kids and mentors to do something special in the community and we've been grateful to Starbucks for their support over the past 11 years to give kids something more and it's great that they believe in our mission," said Bridgett Freeney.
Both the kids and mentors had a great time today!
If you're interested in volunteering with Big brothers Big sisters, they're always looking for people.
