MUNCIE RESTAURANT MANAGER CRITICAL AFTER HIT-AND-RUN CRASH:
Janis Singer, assistant manager at Muncie's LaHacienda restaurant, was leaving work and crossing busy South Madison Street on Christmas Eve when it happened. She was struck and badly injured by a car that the fled the scene. Click here.

ACTRESS DEBBIE REYNOLDS DIES AT AGE 84:
Actress Debbie Reynolds, the star of the 1952 classic "Singin' in the Rain," has died. She was 84. Her son, Todd Fisher, said Reynolds died Wednesday, a day after her daughter, Carrie Fisher, who was 60.

THOUSANDS OF INDIANA HEART-SURGERY PATIENTS AT RISK OF DANGEROUS INFECTION:
Heads up if you or someone you know has had heart surgery. 13 Investigates has learned several Indiana hospitals are now sending warning letters to their heart-surgery patients to warn them they may be at risk of a life-threatening infection linked to a medical device used during their operation.
