UNSEASONABLY WARM FORECAST:

MAJOR BACKUPS ON INBOUND I-69:
Crashes and roadwork are causing major backups on inbound I-69 Tuesday morning. Backups began because of 116th Street bridge construction, and are continuing because of several crashes. Find updates here.

SWAT STANDOFF SUSPECT LINKED TO ZIONSVILLE MURDER, IMPD HQ SHOOTINGS:
Police say the suspect involved in a SWAT standoff on Indianapolis' far northeast side Monday afternoon has been connected to recent shootings at IMPD headquarters and the September murder of an 82-year-old Zionsville man. Damoine Wilcoxson surrendered peacefully around 4:15 p.m. Monday after a hours-long standoff with IMPD at an apartment complex near Shadeland Avenue and Mill View Drive. Learn more.

INDY TEEN MISSING SINCE SUNDAY NIGHT:
A local teen has been missing since Sunday night. Family members say 13-year-old Mackenzie Eckert was last seen in the 1400 block of North Dearborn Street. She is described as 5-foot-4, weighing 180 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. They aren't sure what she might be wearing or if she's with anyone else. Learn more.
