INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — With gyms being closed, a lot of us are doing our best to continue to workout and eat healthy.
But let's be honest, it's hard with all the added stress. By now, you've probably heard people joke that they're either coming out of this 50 pounds lighter or 100 pounds heavier.
Workplace Wellness Expert Erica Ballard gave 13News the skinny on what's being called the "Quarantine 15" and how to avoid it.
Here were her three tips:
