November 22, 2003 - An Indiana State University Doctor's license is on the line. Throughout the day and into the night, members of the State Psychology Board sat in a room in the Indiana Government Center, listening to testimony about Jerome Cerny's sex lab at Indiana State University.

Dr. Scott Hamilton, the alleged victim said, "This man barely knows me and he's doing something I consider intimate. I just kind of froze."

Scott Hamilton is only one of the alleged victims. Others came forward earlier this year, accusing Cerny of crossing the line with his sex research. They say Cerny touched them inappropriately while conducting sexual arousal experiments. They also say Cerny made inappropriate comments. Cerny himself testified denying the charges. He says he made sure every subject was comfortable with the experiments.

The testimony took so long, the board decided to postpone further questioning until next month.

Deputy Attorney General, Barclay Wong said, "They've given it a lot of time. Unfortunately, this is a lengthy hearing. We knew it was going to be lengthy going in, so I'm not really surprised by it or disappointed. I think the state is doing very well at this point."

Shelly Mazo with the State Psychology Board said, "His license is on emergency suspension right now. All parties agreed to keep it on emergency suspension until he board has made a decision."
