OAKLAND, Calif. (WTHR / NBC News) — The wife of Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob is reportedly getting death threats after she was shown talking to Jay-Z and Beyoncé court side Wednesday.

Nicole Curran said they had invited the star couple to join them at the game and she was asking Jay-Z what he wanted to drink.

She said she had to lean across Beyoncé to hear Jay-Z's response.

Curran told ESPN reporter Ramona Shelburne that she was just trying to be a good host and after Jay-Z told her he wanted a vodka and soda, she leaned over to ask if he wanted a lime in it.

Some people who saw the video felt Beyoncé looked annoyed and that's when some of her fans reportedly went after Curran.

Curran told ESPN reporter Ramona Shelburne that "I've never experienced cyber bullying like this. I can't believe our players go through this. That kids go through this.”

The threats were reportedly so bad that Curran had to disable her instagram account.
