INDIANAPOLIS — Metro police are investigating a double shooting that occurred on the far east side of Indianapolis Friday night.
Two men were shot in the 4100 block of Brentwood Drive, near East 42nd Street and North Post Road, just after 10:30 p.m. Friday.
Police initially said both victims had been taken to the hospital in critical condition. One of the victims, 46-year-old Ronald Morris, died of his injuries.
Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting. Anyone with information about the shooting is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS.
