KOKOMO, Ind. (WTHR) - Police in Kokomo arrested a man wanted on several felony charges, including possession of child pornography and child exploitation.
Forty-year-old Gabriel Ellis was charged after an investigation last year. He was taken into custody by Kokomo Police Wednesday night along with a juvenile female who had been reported as a runaway. Our newsgathering partners at the Kokomo Tribune reported the girl is 16 years old.
In addition to the child pornography and child exploitation charges, the Tribune reports Ellis was awanted on felony charges including possession and dealing of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe, maintaing a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement and theft of a firearm. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and driving while suspended.
