INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – Indianapolis Metro Police have made an arrest in connection to three business robberies in the Broad Ripple area this month.
IMPD responded to reports of a second robbery at "The Shop" on Broad Ripple Avenue just before 1:15 p.m. Saturday.
Earlier this month, "The Shop", Three Dog Bakery and Teeki Hut tee shirt store were reported robbed.
Officers located a vehicle with the same license number described by victims at "The Shop".
Officers conducted a traffic stop near W. 35th Street and N Capitol and identified the driver as 48-year-old Cameron Williams.
Williams confessed to the following armed robberies:
- The Shop at Broad Ripple Avenue on December 15.
- The Shop at Broad Ripple Avenue on December 5.
- Three Dog Bakery at Broad Ripple Avenue on December 4.
Williams was arrested and booked into the Marion County Jail.
