INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — IMPD is asking for the public's help in locating a man in connection to a rape charge.
A warrant was issued May 11 to charge Joseph Norris with rape.
Anyone with information on Norris' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-8477.
